Most of us work from our home based in Ontario, Canada but our team is free to work from anywhere-completely remote.

How big is the boat?

"It isn’t about the size of the boat, it's about the motion in the ocean" - or so we've heard. We’re a relatively small company in comparison to the bigger system integrators and global consultancies. And, we totally understand why bigger would seem better. Almost everyone prefers bigger - houses, cars, burgers, and ice cream cones. But, when it comes to professional services, the scale of a few thousand person team is rarely realized on any single client or project. Our clients appreciate that we bring agility, flexibility, and scalability - most notably, we quickly and successfully added 40 "right" people to our existing team for a long term engagement.

Certified Developers

Digital Expertise.

We think the same about certifications that we do about education; that they are poor predictors of performance (education provides only 1% predictive ability). But, they apparently do wonders for marketing as great "proof points" that many professional service firms still leverage to this day to "prove" they can do the work.

Certifications are easy and rest assured we've got plenty of them. The ability to know what to then do is harder. This is why we value outcomes above everything else. We rather show the impact we've made through our work or have you talk to a few of our existing clients.

Currently, we have only devoted time and effort into certifications required for our Microsoft Partnership, Sitecore, and Sitefinity.

Often, this is perceived as a "weakness" by some who are used to working with the big management consultancies. We have worked along side them, so we've experienced first hand how convincing, often motivational, and damn right sexy their presentations are. We often considered "we better start doing that too", but then we realized our value is demonstrated differently. People value that we hit the ground running, move fast, and – most importantly – we "walk the walk" instead of "talk the talk".

Many companies have core values. Few companies have cultures that reflect them. For many organizations, its led to cliché statements, that are misaligned from how the organization lives and breathes. When developing our values, we took a step back to reflect on what we stand for as a company, understand the purpose of values, and learn from the titans that have mastered it. With this heightened understanding, the team decided we should embark on the journey to uncover our values organically over time. With this new subconscious lens, we kept on the look out for patterns on what we do, how we do it, and why we do it. It took longer than expected, years later truthfully, and a few attempts, but we are now proud of what we uncovered over time. It's who we are. They bring clarity to our daily lives, unite us all together, and guide us in our actions.
