First Milestone

Initial Video Chat

Before diving into more in-depth interviews, we typically have a introductory conversation which is conducted by a member of the hiring team. Using structured and open-end questions we learn about your skillset, interests, ambitions, and relevant experience to assess the initial fit.

Second Milestone

Take Home Challenge

You'll be given a challenge that will help us determine your level of knowledge, skills, and experience in any specific domain. This can come in the form of a case study, presentation, technical challenge, etc.

Third Milestone

Presentation & Deep Dive

We use case interviews as an opportunity to you in action. Together, we dive deep into the presentation which help us understand how you think and approach opportunities, how you leverage your distinct experiences and perspectives, how you would interact with members on our team, and your most dominant strengths and areas for growth.

Fourth Milestone

The Story of You

The Top Grade interview is our final milestone in the interview process. It helps us build a comprehensive picture of your professional background, personality, patterns of success, and potential synergies with the team. It can go up to two hours or more depending on how much experience you have, how many jobs you have held, and your educational background. There's nothing to prepare for this, it's just the story of you.

Many companies have core values. Few companies have cultures that reflect them. For many organizations, its led to cliché statements, that are misaligned from how the organization lives and breathes. When developing our values, we took a step back to reflect on what we stand for as a company, understand the purpose of values, and learn from the titans that have mastered it. With this heightened understanding, the team decided we should embark on the journey to uncover our values organically over time. With this new subconscious lens, we kept on the look out for patterns on what we do, how we do it, and why we do it. It took longer than expected, years later truthfully, and a few attempts, but we are now proud of what we uncovered over time. It's who we are. They bring clarity to our daily lives, unite us all together, and guide us in our actions.
