Take Home Challenge

A take home challenge that could take the form of a case study, presentation, or technical challenge. This is an opportunity to showcase your abilities!

Presentation and Deep Dive

A presentation of your take home challenge to the hiring team. This provides us with a solid understanding of your experience, perspective and how we would interact as a team. You’ll be asked to discuss your presentation, strengths, and areas for growth.

Top Grade Interview

A conversation with our People Ops team focused on the story of ‘You’. Our goal is to gain a comprehensive picture of your professional background and how you would enhance our team. You’ll be asked to discuss your career, personality, and patterns of success.
